KalpAgro Return and Refund Policy

At KalpAgro, we take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality dairy and organic products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience and will address any concerns regarding damaged products.

1. No Returns Policy

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Please carefully inspect your order at the time of delivery.

2. Damaged Products

We take extensive precautions to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, please follow these guidelines:

  • Outer Carton Damage: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we advise you not to accept the package and inform our customer support immediately.

  • Inner Product/Carton Damage: If the outer carton is intact but the inner product or carton is found to be damaged after opening, we will provide a replacement for the same product. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage.

3. Replacement Process

To request a replacement for a damaged product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@kalpagro.in or call us at 9711983502 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details, including the order number and photos of the damaged product.

  3. Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

As we do not accept returns, refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

  • The replacement product is unavailable.

  • A cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
