3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

6. Delivery Guidelines

If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for further instructions.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to receive, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival, we advise you not to accept the delivery and report it to our support team immediately.
If the package is intact but the inner product is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement.
If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will investigate the issue.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Orders can only be modified or canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
